For the BBQ Jackfruit:

  • Young green jackfruit (2 cans, drained and shredded)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Onion (1, finely chopped)
  • Garlic cloves (2, minced)

  • Liquid smoke (1 teaspoon)
  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)

For the Coleslaw:

  • Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon)
  • Sugar (1 teaspoon)

  1. BBQ Jackfruit:

    • Top with a heap of coleslaw and add pickles if desired.
    • Cover with the top half of the bun.
